About Us
S&V Operations and Logistics is a small company which provides specialist operational, logistics and industrial engineering consultancy services, primarily to warehousing and manufacturing industries.
Formed in January 2001, S&V has clients across the globe from Lisbon to Wellington, Perth to Hong Kong. In all cases S&V has been able to assist clients gain significant productivity improvements, when this has been the objective of the project. Sometimes this has been done by simply reviewing and improving basic methods and procedures whilst on other occasions it has been achieved via the application of reasonable expectancies or fully engineered labour standards along with reporting tools. All of our clients who have committed themselves to implementing S&V´s recommendations have gained productivity improvements in their supply chain in the order of 10-45%

The Principals
Craig Sutton
Craig Sutton has significant line management experience in medical and food manufacturing industries. Since 1998 Craig Sutton has helped design, develop and implement innovative systems that have assisted users throughout Europe and Australasia introduce quality productivity measurement and reporting into their supply chains. He now serves as S&V Operations and Logistics Projects Director.
Andrew Van de Gumster
After serving for 6 years as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force Andrew Van de Gumster spent time in senior management positions within some of Australia´s largest food manufacturing and supply chain software providers. Andrew has worked in Europe and South East Asia helping organisations introduce and benefit from engineered labour standards, benchmarking and KPI´s. He now serves as S&V operations and Logistics Business Development Director.
